Twice a month, fourteen driven women in business gather over a beautifully considered brunch at a curated venue. No agenda, no keynotes, no sponsor logos on banners.

What happens in the room is structured around three things: connection, masterminding, and the hot seat.

Every member gets a hot seat, a focused, confidential session where the full focus and intelligence of the room is turned towards your biggest challenge, your next move, or the decision you can't stop thinking about. In rotation, no one is left out.

At each brunch we'll have a Mastermind session, where you'll get to share what's present for you and to get the support and input of the group. Maybe it's your biggest challenge, a big decision, or the thing you can't stop thinking about. The group gives you everything: questions, perspectives, real counsel from women who have nothing to gain except your success.

We close with accountability and what are you committing to before we meet again? It gets named. witnessed and returned to. We're also in support and community in our special WhatsApp chat.
